These Pre-Booking Offer Terms & Conditions (the "Offer Terms") apply to the Saigon 100 Early Access Pre-Booking Program (the "Offer") operated by Talential Network Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore (UEN: 202530731M) (the "Company", "we", "us").

These Offer Terms constitute the full and binding agreement between the Company and the Participating Business for the purposes of this Offer. General platform Terms & Conditions governing ongoing use of the Platform will be published at Platform launch. In the event of any conflict between these Offer Terms and the future general Terms & Conditions, these Offer Terms shall prevail in respect of the pre-booking and early access benefits described herein.

Purpose of the Offer

The Offer is designed to allow selected Retail and Food & Beverage businesses ("Participating Businesses") to pre-book access to the Company's upcoming hiring platform (the "Platform") under preferential commercial terms, prior to public launch.

The Offer is open for applications from 10 April 2026 to 31 May 2026 (the "Campaign Period"), or until the 100 available slots are filled, whichever occurs first. The Company reserves the right to close the Offer early without prior notice.

Platform status: The Platform is currently under development and is expected to be made available during the first month of Q2 2026. This timeline is indicative and not guaranteed. The Company will maintain open communication with all Participating Businesses throughout the pre-booking period.

Eligibility
2.1

The Offer is available exclusively to legally registered Retail and Food & Beverage businesses operating in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

2.2

The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

Pre-Booking Package
Pre-Booking Fee

2,000,000 VND excluding VAT · 2,200,000 VND including 10% VAT (applicable in Vietnam). The total amount payable at the time of booking is 2,200,000 VND. This is a one-time fee. No subscription or recurring charge applies.

Upon payment of the pre-booking fee, Participating Businesses will receive:

Benefit Detail
Unlimited Job Postings Club Period From Platform launch until the Beta opens to the public, Participating Businesses may post an unlimited number of job opportunities on the Platform. No posting cap applies during the Club period.
Club Exclusivity During the Club period, the talent pool is accessible only to Saigon100 members. Competing businesses cannot access the same candidates.
Early Access Priority onboarding and first access to the talent pool when the Platform goes live.
Launch Event Invitation to the Saigon100 launch event on 28 May 2026. All members invited.

Charter Pricing — After Beta Opens

When the Platform's Beta opens to the public (the "Public Beta Launch"), the Club period ends and Participating Businesses transition to Charter Pricing.

Charter Pricing — Up to 75% Discount

Participating Businesses in good standing are entitled to a discount of up to 75% off the standard public price for all job postings on the Platform. This discount is conditional on maintaining a Talent Response Score of 80% or above (see Section 5). It is locked for the duration of the account for members in good standing.

  • Charter Pricing applies from the Public Beta Launch date and replaces the unlimited Club access model.
  • If the Company reduces its standard public pricing after Charter Pricing has been granted, the discount applies to the new lower base price.
  • Charter Pricing applies only to the registered Participating Business account and is subject to continued compliance with these Offer Terms.
  • The Company will notify Participating Businesses in advance of the Public Beta Launch date and any resulting pricing transition.

Talent Response Score

The Talent Response Score is the core mechanic that determines the level of Charter Pricing discount a Participating Business receives. It measures how consistently and meaningfully a business engages with talent on the Platform.

5.1 — Definition

The Talent Response Score is calculated as the percentage of talent interactions — including applications received, interview requests, and probation opportunities — that receive a response from the Participating Business. A response includes: accepting an application, rejecting an application, or submitting feedback through the Platform's designated tools. The calculation window and methodology will be specified on the Platform at launch.

5.2 — Maintaining the Full Discount

To maintain the full 75% Charter Pricing discount, a Participating Business must keep its Talent Response Score at or above 80% on a rolling basis. Businesses that respond to the most talent — and provide the most feedback — earn the maximum discount. This is the game: the network gets smarter when every business plays its part.

5.3 — Score Below 80%

If a Participating Business's Talent Response Score falls below 80%, the Charter Pricing discount may be reduced or suspended until the score is restored above the threshold. The Company will notify the Participating Business before any discount adjustment takes effect, and will allow a reasonable period to restore the score.

5.4 — Why It Matters

Every response — even a rejection — improves the talent network for all Saigon100 members. Talent profiles become richer. Businesses hire smarter. The Response Score is not a penalty mechanism; it is the signal that ensures the network stays honest and useful for everyone.

Important: Providing false, misleading, or bad-faith feedback for the purpose of artificially inflating the Talent Response Score constitutes a breach of these Offer Terms and may result in termination of the account (see Section 9).

Platform Availability & Communication
6.1

The Platform is not yet live. During the pre-booking period, the Company will:

  • Maintain open communication with Participating Businesses;
  • Provide updates on development progress;
  • Where appropriate, onboard Participating Businesses manually or through interim processes prior to the full Platform launch.
6.2

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific features, or particular performance metrics upon or after launch. Features may evolve during and after the early access period.

Refund Policy
7.1 — Launch Protection Guarantee
Launch Protection Guarantee

If the Platform is not launched by 31 December 2026, Participating Businesses are entitled to a 100% refund of the pre-booking fee — no conditions, no process to navigate.

7.2

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

7.3

No refund shall be due if the Platform is launched before 31 December 2026, even if features evolve or change over time after launch.

Limitation of Role

The Company acts solely as a technology provider. It:

  • Does not employ Talents;
  • Does not act as an employment agency or recruiter;
  • Does not guarantee hiring outcomes or the availability of specific Talent.

All hiring decisions and employment relationships are solely between the Participating Business and the Talent. The Company bears no liability for decisions made in the hiring process.

Termination & Abuse

The Company may suspend or terminate a Participating Business's participation in the Offer if it:

  • Provides false, misleading, or bad-faith feedback — including for the purpose of inflating the Talent Response Score;
  • Breaches Platform rules or applicable laws;
  • Attempts to circumvent pricing, platform processes, or these Offer Terms.

Consequence: In the event of termination for cause, all discounts and unused benefits may be forfeited without refund, at the Company's sole discretion.

Data Protection
10.1

By submitting an application and completing payment, the Participating Business consents to the Company collecting and processing the personal data of its authorised representative (including name, job title, business email address, and contact number) for the following purposes: administering the Offer, processing payment, communicating Platform updates, and fulfilling obligations under these Offer Terms.

10.2

The Company processes personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Data collected will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with trusted service providers (such as payment processors) solely to the extent necessary to operate the Offer.

To access, correct, or withdraw consent to the use of personal data, please contact us at info@talential.net. Note that withdrawal of consent may affect the Company's ability to fulfil obligations under these Offer Terms.

Limitation of Liability
11.1

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total aggregate liability to a Participating Business arising out of or in connection with these Offer Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount of the pre-booking fee actually paid by that Participating Business.

11.2

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

11.3

Nothing in these Offer Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Singapore law.

Governing Law

These Offer Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Offer Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
